I enjoyed my stay at the Valdoro Mountain Lodge. I felt welcomed upon arrival and was given a guide to Breckenridge dining. I was very thankful that the hotel provided a shuttle for getting around the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view of the mountain outside my room was amazing. My only cons are the whirlpool was not working and the fireplace did not heat up the living room that well. Overall, it was still a good experience and I would recommend this hotel.
Spent a week here. They had a great staff, cool bar, live music, and nice rooms. Only complaints was that one of our rooms shades didn't work so they were forced to be open the entire trip. Which sucks if you need to change cl8thes at night, everyone can see in your room and there's no way to lower them manually
Loved the resort! The front desk (Kelly) and concierge (I’m sorry I forgot her name; was a wealth of knowledge and so pleasant to talk to) went above and beyond to help us, answer our questions and provided excellent customer service. The location was perfect for our summer trip. Easy walk to downtown, easy access to hike and ride, shuttle picked us up immediately during a rainstorm and all the amenities needed right on sight. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, spa, outdoor pool and the afternoon bar with a pool table, checkers and plenty of space for the family to socialize and a super friendly bartender who provided wonderful service. Great popcorn too! Look forward to our next visit and highly recommend. Thank you!
Not the experience I was expecting from a Hilton property. Total let down for not matching the Breckenridge vibe. 2 bedroom had good space. Heating system is totally outdated and inefficient.
Whole room is worn furniture and not clean. Walk-in shower worn and dirty. Tiles cracked. Ceiling fans haven't been cleaned in years. Staff here is the only bit of sunshine. Not sure this place is worth coming back.
Great lodge walking distance to main street. Very family friendly and enjoyed parking in the underground parking area. It saved a lot of work of defrosting the car in the morning. Looking forward to bringing my family back every year of possible.
Went on vacation. Pool was closed. Extremely disappointed. One blind didn't work in our room. Had to make several trips from our car to our room since they didn't have a cart. Everything there was over priced. Hot tub was okay. One broke while there and make sure to watch your head when getting out! It has like a 4ft clearance. Room was okay at best. Looked like it was slapped together by the cheapest company. Trim was falling off mud job in the room was horrendous, dish washer kept sliding around because wasn't secured in. One of the overhead doors for parking was broken so had to take turns getting in and out of parking. The parking area was super tight! If it wasn't for us not spending too much time in our room this would have been an awful trip. Breckenridge definitely made I worth it walking around town.
Hilton Grand Vacations Resort located a short walk (or 2 min shuttle ride) from the beaver run lift. Also a short walk and shuttle ride into Breckenridge Main Street. A great location and site with hospitable staff, gym, bar, arcade, spa, multiple hot tubs and outdoor pool. Resort possesses 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
We had a very wonderful time with our stay here! The arcade was a lot of fun and the shuttle service was great! We loved the hot tubs, too!
Hated every minute of the stay. The air in the room was so dry I got nosebleeds. Room was too hot to sleep at 75 with this enormous winter duvet on the bed (in September). So many things that just made the stay awful. I will not be returning and I will not be buying into this HGV facility.
Excellent place to stay. 2 room, 2 bath places have private hot tub on their patio.
